AT&T Discloses CEO's Pay Package For 2006

AT&T Corp. said Thursday that Chairman and Chief Executive Edward E. Whitacre Jr. received total pay for 2006 valued at $60.7 million under new accounting rules, though the company provided an alternative valuation of $31.4 million."
