Hop-On CEO Hopped out of Jail Sentence

Hop-On, the company which developed a disposable mobile phone has announced that Peter Michaels will resume his position as President and CEO. After the much awaited news of his court case and media speculation as to a pending jail sentence, he will not spend even one day behind bars.

On Monday, March 12th, a Federal Judge in San Diego, California granted Michaels probation and a fine bringing to a close this four year legal controversy.

Peter Michaels stated, "The case was an anchor to me personally. I am extremely happy with the court's decision. Samuel Demissie is stepping down in Great Spirit and will be missed by the Company and shareholders so that I can resume my position and follow through with my vision."

The 2003 indictment stemmed from Michaels' acceptance of a US$20,000 check in violation of a cease and desist order in the late 90s.

The Company says that it is very pleased to have a resolution in this matter and can now move forward with their business plans."
