Alltel Renews Billing Services Contract with Convergys

Convergys Corporation has announced a four year contract renewal with Alltel to continue to manage Alltel's wireless data rating operations. Alltel has more than 11 million wireless customers and has been a Convergys client since 1985.

Convergys will continue to manage Alltel's wireless data rating using Infinys Rating and Billing (IRB). IRB is part of the Infinys product suite, Convergys' convergent Business Support System software.
