Redknee Chooses Leadcom As LatAm Reseller

Canadian mobile infrastructure solutions company Redknee has selected telecoms solutions company Leadcom Integrated Solutions as a reseller for Latin America, the companies said in a joint statement.

The partnership will focus on offering Redknee's converged rating and sharing system, which allows operators to better manage voice, messaging, data, m-commerce and postpaid and prepaid services for mobile operators through one platform.

According to Leadcom's Latin American and Caribbean manager Uri Dotan, Redknee's system is key for customer satisfaction and therefore helps operators to maintain healthy ARPU levels.

Redknee recently deployed its solutions with Caribbean mobile group Digicel and Trinidad & Tobago's telecoms incumbent TSTT.

Leadcom offers mobile and fixed line network turnkey solutions, and has subsidiaries in Argentina, Brazil, Bolivia, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. The company has also deployed solutions in the Caribbean, Honduras, Nicaragua, Suriname and Guyana."
