3G Video Blogging Platform Launched

VoxSurf has launched a video-to-blog platform, 3GVidcast, which enables UK bloggers to post unlimited video footage from mobile phones to video blogs, including popular sites Youtube and Daily Motion.

Powered by VoxSurf's IP media and messaging technology, 3GVidcast is simple to use. Bloggers make a 3G video call to a UK short code which enables the footage to be posted to all their favourite sites simultaneously. In addition video footage can be sent to any email address straight from the mobile phone.

The service uses the same technology as video calling, providing an unlimited recording pipeline. This means bloggers will never again have their video footage interrupted or cut short unexpectedly.

Andy Munarriz, co-founder of VoxSurf, said: "3GVidcast allows users to capture and upload unlimited video footage, turning their phone into a mobile blogging device. By using 3GVidcast, bloggers can escape the shackles of limited video recording and a clumsy upload and sharing experience. We've powered 3GVidcast with the most intuitive mobile video product on the market."

VoxSurf's 3GVidcast is available in the UK now and to media and telecoms companies globally from next month."
