Orange UK Gets Instant Tariff Review Platform

CHIL has announced that Orange Business Services in the UK is the first organisation to successfully deploy CHIL's new Tariff Review Service Solution, enabling them to accurately analyse each of its customer's usage patterns on-line and recommend the most suitable Orange Business Services tariff plan for them. The CHIL solution enables proactive reviews as part of the customer's contract or on demand by call centre advisors.

According to Gareth Williams, Group Manager, Solution Products for Orange Business Services UK, "CHIL's capabilities have enhanced our ability to provide consistent high-quality advice to our customers. The introduction of such a complex solution to a tight timescale is a testament to CHIL's deep technical skills, industry knowledge and responsiveness.
