Analyst Sees Russian Mobile Content Revenue Up 30% in 2006
MOSCOW, Dec 4 (Prime-Tass) -- The revenues from mobile content services in Russia are expected to increase 30% on the year to U.S. $390 million in 2006, J'son&Partners consultancy said in a report Monday.
The consultancy attributed the projected growth to the increasing demand for multimedia content, mobile Internet and some other services, the consultancy said.
The Russian mobile content market includes about 200 providers, with the top ten generating 75% of the total revenues, J'son&Partners said.
The revenues from mobile content are expected to increase 13% on the year in 2007, the consultancy said without providing an absolute figure.
