New Serbian Operator Starts Recruiting Staff

Mobilkom austria has signed an agreement with the Serbian agency RATEL for a 10-year license for GSM 900/1800 and UMTS, which will be automatically renewed upon its expiry for next 10 years. Paying €320 (US$427) million for the license, mobilkom austria has officially fulfilled conditions as the owner of the new operator in Serbia.
