France 3G Auction to Be Delayed

The president of the French telecoms regulator, Autorite de Regulation des Telecommunication, has announced that the 3G auction in France will now be delayed until September at the earliest. Some of the bidding details may be altered in light of the Dutch auction which ended yesterday, and possible developments in Germany."
