Telenor: Sees 06 Revenue Growth Around 30%

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Norwegian telecommunications company Telenor, Wednesday said at its capital markets day it expects to have revenue growth of around 30% in 2006.

The margin on earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortization is seen above 34% this year, while capital expenditure is seen above 20% of sales.

The company said that its main priority was to improve its position and profitability in Sweden.

It also seeks to continue cost reductions in fixed telephony in Norway, maintain a strong role as broadband provider and mobile services, bundle fixed and mobile services as well as utilize its Nordic footprint and economies of scale.
