Boston Communications Licenses Products To Convergys

Boston Communications Group agreed to license some of its products to Convergys Corp. for an undisclosed number of years.

The agreement includes Boston Communications' real-time billing, payment manager and mobile guardian products.

Boston Communications said it expects to extend the reach of its products and services through the partnership with the customer[care and billing services company. Boston Communications is a wireless call processing and customer support services company in Bedford, Mass.
