Greek Telecom Regulator Fines Cosmote, TIM And Vodafone"

ATHENS -(Dow Jones)- Greece's telecoms regulator EETT Thursday fined the country's three largest mobile telephone operators EUR1 million each for violation of competition rules.

"The identical price increases for short message services decided and implemented by Cosmote Mobile Telecommunications, TIM Hellas Telecommunications and Vodafone Group since the spring of 2005 constitutes price-fixing and is in breach of free competition rules..," EEET said.
