CEO Says Date of VimpelCom's 2006 Budget Approval Still Unclear

MOSCOW, Jan 19 (Prime-Tass) -- The date of Russian second-largest mobile operator VimpelCom's 2006 budget approval remains unclear, VimpelCom's CEO Alexander Izosimov told reporters Thursday.
