Rural Public Telephony to Be Expanded Through Fitel Fund

Nicaragua's telecoms and postal service regulator Telcor plans to expand fixed line and mobile service coverage to an additional 500,000 people in rural communities using the country's universal access fund Fitel, Telcor said, as reported by local press.
