Dilithium Networks says that CATR (China Academy of Telecommunications Research of M.I.I.), the national telecom research institution of the Chinese government, has purchased the DNA (Dilithium Networks Analyzer), a 3G protocol analysis and test tool. CATR's purchase of the DNA will aid in the development and introduction of 3G mobile phone products and services in one of the world's fastest-growing markets.

"This is a good step for the cooperation between both parties in the 3G video test field." said Mr. Wei Ran, Deputy Director of the Communications Standard Research Institute of CATR, and Director of MTNet Lab of CATR. "Equipped with the world's most advanced test equipment, CATR will be able to provide high quality services and support to the telecom industry in China."

"We are delighted that CATR has selected DNA for their 3G video devices and equipment test services." said Dennis Zhang, Vice President Sales, North Asia, for Dilithium Networks. "We look forward to a successful partnership in providing high quality services to the up coming 3G market in China."
