Ericsson Signs 2 Contracts With Digicel In Caribbean

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Sweden's Telefon AB LM Ericsson Wednesday said it has received two new GSM/EDGE contracts from Digicel Group, a telecommunications company in the Caribbean.

The contracts include radio equipment for Digicel Haiti as well as radio and core equipment for Digicel Trinidad & Tobago, GPRS/EDGE networks, transmission equipment, prepaid systems, network management systems, mobile portal solutions, implementation services and training.
