FOCUS: Russia's Sistema Under Attack Ahead of Svyazinvest Auction

MOSCOW, Oct 14 (Prime-Tass) -- As the auction for Russia's Svyazinvest holding draws nearer, the key bidder for the asset has come under attack by the latest weapon of choice - the Russian court system.

On Thursday it became known that Russia's ASVT company filed a 50 billion ruble lawsuit with the Moscow Arbitration Court against holding AFK Sistema claiming damages allegedly incurred from Sistema's actions 10 years ago.
