FOCUS: Russia Mulls Fighting Mobile Handset Thieves

MOSCOW, Oct 4 (Prime-Tass) -- Russia is facing a rising problem of mobile handsets theft. In 2004, the Moscow police officially registered over 7,000 mobile handset thefts. However, analysts consider that the real number of stolen mobile handsets is five times more than the registered figure.
