T-Mobile Austria Cancels Press Conference On Tele.ring
FRANKFURT -(Dow Jones)- T-Mobile Austria, a unit of Deutsche Telekom AG (DT), canceled a press conference scheduled for Friday in Vienna on the planned takeover of Austrian wireless operator Tele.ring.
A spokeswoman declined to comment on the reason for the cancellation.
Deutsche Telekom Thursday said it's in talks to buy Tele.ring from Alltel Corp. (AT), which inherited Tele.ring in its recent takeover of Western Wireless Corp.
