Improving Fraud Prevention in Eastern Europe

Israel's ECtel has announced that a major eastern European GSM operator has decided to extend the implementation of FraudView throughout its national and international networks, in addition to an installation of CashView, ECtel's revenue assurance solution, totaling over US$2 million.
