France Telecom Signs Distribution Pact With Warner Music

PARIS -(Dow Jones)- France Telecom (FTE) said Tuesday it has signed a partnership agreement with Warner Music Group Inc. (WMG.XX), effective immediately, to publish and distribute Warner Music's music portfolio in Europe using the Internet and telecommunications services.

No financial information was provided for the deal.

The two companies also entered into a non-exclusive partnership to develop new music products and services for mobile, Internet and fixed line, as well as content protection solutions, France Telecom said.
