Tele2 Launches PrePay 3G

STOCKHOLM (Dow Jones)--Swedish telecom operator Tele2 AB (TLTOB) Monday said it has launched third-generation mobile telecom services for prepaid customers in Sweden.

Tele2 said prices and terms are the same as for second- generation Global System for Mobile communications services.

The 3G services will be available in two versions, one which includes a bonus on incoming calls and one which allows customers to call for free to other Tele2 customers.
