Argentina to Get CDMA450
Argentina is to receive its first CDMA450 network following a contract agreed between operator CoTeCal (Co-operative Telefonica Calafate) and ZTE Corporation, China's largest telecommunications manufacturer.
ZTE is to provide a total solution of network infrastructure and terminals to support the project, which will give users various services including voice, 3G fax and high ratio packed data. The contract was signed at a special ceremony held by CoTeCal in Calafate, Santa Cruz, Argentina.
