Nokia, Vitelcom Resolve Patent Disputes"

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Finnish telecommunications equipment maker Nokia Corp. (NOK) Monday said it has agreed with Spain's Vitelcom to settle pending lawsuits between them before Spanish and German Courts.

Nokia said the companies have entered into a royalty bearing patent license agreement covering certain Nokia patents relating to the GSM/GPRS Mobile Communication Standard and the grant of a cross license to Nokia under Vitelcom patents in the same field.
