Nokia's 6630 Handset Chosen For Telenor 3G Network

STOCKHOLM -(Dow Jones)- Nokia Oyj (NOK) Wednesday said its 6630 mobile phone was chosen by Norwegian telecommunications operator Telenor ASA (TELN) for its third generation WCDMA product portfolio in Norway.

The Nokia 6630 will be available through Telenor retail chains in Norway. Based on the Symbian (SYN.YY) operating system, the 6630 is a tri-band handset designed to work on 3G WCDMA, EDGE and second-generation GSM networks around the world.
