Cypriot Network Selects Roaming Partner

Scancom, the winner of Cyprus' second GSM licence has selected MACH as its clearing house. Under the terms of the agreement MACH will provide Scancom with a complete roaming and clearing service including its unique new Roaming Management System (RMS).

"We plan to become operational in May 2004. We are pleased to work with a leading company which has already demonstrated extensive experience with other Investcom's properties and can help ensure best-in-class service delivery and achievement of our targets." said a representative from Scancom Cyprus.

The licence grants Scancom Cyprus the right to operate a GSM mobile phone network and, in future, a 3G network."
