Bulgarian Operator Launches GPRS Surfing

After the successful launch of the MMS service, as February 21st 2004 (Saturday), M-Tel launches Mobile Internet and WAP through GPRS. With the active GPRS in M-Tel's entire network, the subscribers of the biggest Bulgarian mobile operator are able to use the full range of services - Internet access, sending and receiving information, via their GPRS enabled mobile phones, regardless of their location in Bulgaria.

The usage of M-Tel's mobile services through GPRS will be charged according to the quantity of sent and received data. The bigger the monthly volume of sent or received information through GPRS is, the bigger the price discounts made to the subscribers are."
