Mobilkom Upgrades its Mediation Billing Platform

Austria's mobilkom has selected MetaSolv Network Mediation as the convergent mediation platform for its GSM, GPRS and UMTS services. Network Mediation combines support for GSM voice switches with a vendor-independent GPRS & UMTS Charging Gateway, and support for a broad suite of SMS, MMS, and WAP application servers.

Kapsch CarrierCom was able to meet mobilkom austria's specific requirements by working collaboratively with MetaSolv to leverage the inherent flexibility of Network Mediation.
