UK Regulator Publishes Complaints Survey
The UK's telecoms regulator, Oftel has published a report on customer complaints in the third quarter of this year. Total complaints were up at just under 20,000, an increase on the 18,000 compliants the quarter previously.
Oftel said that the top three complaints are that the company ignores customer's complaint (6% of total complaints), complaints about the Company's tariff / options package (6% of total complaints) and Problems with the handset (5% of total complaints).

Oftel received 552 complaints about Hutchison 3G ("3"), but says it was unable to obtain customer base information from this company in order to calculate a percentage figure."
