Revenue Assurance Manager (delhi India)

a. To lead Revenue Assurance group across IT & Operation department of company to ensure 100% achievement of revenue. The scope of work will be closely working with all operation managers, legal team & a/c team.

b. To well conversant with IT time tracking systems.

c. To plan and execute Revenue Assurance assignments.

d. To perform and process study and evaluate the effectiveness of the existing controls.

e. To carry out the audits of end to end reconciliations of all revenue streams.

f. To Review the RA system and evaluate whether the objectives are met.

g. To look into revenue leackages at each of the system instance and identify the gaps in the existing control.

h. To audit roaming TAP reconciliations and identify revenue leakages.

i. To measure the KPIs and CSFs of the revenue assurance activities.

j. To prepare a report on the overall findings and suggest recommendations.

Skills

a. First class degree in Computer Science Relevant telecommunications / GSM experience would be advantageous.

b. Strong Database, SQL and reporting skills to allow ad-hoc reports to be written.

c. Working under pressures Fluent in English. Assess data; make conclusions, business and data analysis skills across different revenue streams. MS Office, spreadsheets, SQL, and report writing skills using tools available.

d. Relates well to all departments. Builds appropriate reports. Writing of letters, preparing monthly/other reports.
