Western Union Enables PrePay Top-Ups in The Caribbean Digicel has teamed with The Western Union Company to allow US residents to buy PrePay top-ups and send them to mobile phone accounts belonging to customers in Jamaica, Haiti, El Salvador and Guyana....Alcatel-Lucent has set up broadband Internet access in the isolated rural areas of Cap Rouge in Haiti.
